We complaint and nothing happen until Justyna came to our room and gave us few options, promising it will be fixed the next morning and it was. She is kind, smiling and even gave us good suggestions on where to go and what to see. She made our visit in raining Edinburgh very pleasant!"

"The Ben Doran is a 300 year old mansion converted to a hotel. The ceilings are like 16 feet tall. The walls are really thick. So it is really quiet. The owners and personnel are so nice and friendly. Odette is a sweetheart. The location is awesome. You can walk if you want or take a bus from close by or uber. Loved our stay!!"
