This was our third time staying at this hotel, and each visit has been just as enjoyable as the last. The amenities are great, everything is clean and quiet, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I especially love the sign when you walk in that says “Welcome Home, take a breath”—it really sets the tone, along with the fresh, inviting smell throughout the hotel. The location is also a big plus, being so close to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Our room was not clean and had a weird smell. The toilet had not been flushed and wouldn’t flush; the maintenance man came and took care of it. The front of the fridge and the dishwasher were nasty and streaked and there were still dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The front desk said there were no more rooms to move us to. Besides our room, the rest of the property seemed in good shape and clean. When you walk into the lobby, it smells great and looks inviting.

Front desk, and I hate I forgot her name...was incredibly helpful...we checked in with a sick child and she got us extra blankets right at check in and let us know where we could get meds etc. She had an attitude of wanting to be there and wanting to help us. The room was also clean and laid out well with plenty of space for us and some separation between sleeping and living, which I really liked.
