"LOVE this property! I treat myself once a year to the "Little Inn by the Bay"! Just a short walk to the beach, the pier, the Crab Cooker and Blackie's by the Sea. Add in the guaranteed parking, and it is SO worth it!"

"It’s a good budget hotel. My safe didn’t work but as this was a business trip I didn’t have time to get it fixed or to change rooms - I just requested no service to the room. I didn’t get the room I booked but again, was there for work so didn’t bother to waste time to change it."

"First stay at Balboa Bay — slept like a baby each night. I was here for a work conference up in Huntington Beach, so didn't get a chance to try the restaurant or pool area. The only downside was the lobby remodel, but easy walk around."
