We never saw any staff during our visit- but everything was clean and comfortable. They have no onsite parking - but they offer free parking a little more than a mile away and it’s easily walkable. Breakfast was very basic- bagels, yogurt, coffee and fruit offerings- fine. Amazing location and beautifully decorated.

Our stay was disappointing. The room layout was quite unusual, with the bathroom located off the kitchen rather than near the bedroom, which felt inconvenient. None of the three air conditioning units worked properly, making the room uncomfortable. The sofa bed was not prepared and there were no blankets, pillows, or sheets provided for it. Additionally, the carpet had a number of stains that was unappealing. The bathroom only had two small towels, not proper bath sheets. The toilet was also installed very close to the wall, so it was difficult to use comfortably and required sitting almost sideways. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations and could benefit from better maintenance and attention to basic guest needs. Although it does say recently rennovated, it was a bizarre configuration and stay.

The TV in room was stuck on picture frame mode. I was not able to watch TV. The was a nice refigerator and the AC worked well. There was NO place to hang my clothes and NO PARKING? on site??.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast in Newport! The room was spotless, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t be more perfect, within walking distance to everything Newport has to offer. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient place to stay.
