The Park Vista - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel - Gatlinburg

10/10 Excellent

"There’s not enough good things to say about The Park Vista! Very clean and elegant with the most amazing views of the mountains and strip. We stayed in the suite with double bunk beds. The kids absolutely loved that they had their own room and bathroom and so did we! Lol Both rooms were VERY spacious. Balcony was used quite a bit to do some bear watching in the parking lot. There is also a free trolley that picks up and drops off right at the front with multiple stops along the strip you can hop on and off. Pool area was extremely clean and had a little pizza/snack shop attached. 3 pool areas (kiddie pool, big kid pool, younger kid pool, and a hottub. Kids had a blast on the rainy night in there. Will definitely recommend to everyone and will absolutely be staying there again."

"Great place with a family. I did goof by purchasing the adventure package not understanding what it was. It needs to be explained better. I got it for the family and only needed it for the kids. It was for build a buddy only. I thought it was to get into the water park."

Did not see an attendant keeping items freshened. Rooms were sufficiently clean but not enough furniture in room. Bath fixtures were sketchy to operate and shower water flow was very weak. Location good and maintained. Quiet"
