This absolutely wonderful front office supervisor Caroline Mann checked me in. Not only did she check me in a little early, she got me an upgrade on the room, corner room with two views of the waterside, and into the M lounge for my birthday. What a wonderful birthday gift. I will be returning next year for my birthday. Anytime I stay in Norfolk I will be staying there. Thank you AGAIN Caroline, from one Leo to another."
