"Exhausted after traveling through New England for two weeks, we were welcomed at the desk by Julia, who was amazing. She right away gave us a welcome gift of two bottles of water. We were early to our room booking, and we asked her for ideas for something to do until our late afternoon tour started. She graciously looked to see if a room was ready for us. What a nice surprise! We were able to park very near to our room, unpack and relax and catch our breath before setting off for our afternoon...

"The staff was not very friendly available or helpful, the room was clean, but not very cozy in the bathroom left a lot to be desired. There was no outdoor area to sit that felt comfortable. Overall the end was just unwelcoming and not cozy. The breakfast was also not good. I would not go back."

"This is a very simple clean hotel.
(Although the cleaning smell was very strong)
No coffee maker in the room, but it did have a microwave and mini frig.
Complimentary basic shampoo, conditioner and shower soap.
Outside entry to the rooms so you can park right up to your room.
No early check in. No coverage in the front office in the morning. There is a phone # to call on the door)
Our bathroom window did not lock. If you are looking for very basic, clean and inexpensive place to stay close...

"Everything was surprisingly unexpected for a boutique hotel so close to downtown historic district. Everything was exceptional and staff went above and beyond to satisfy our inquiries and directed us to best places to see and eat and purchase items needed on our stay. My friends were here from the Netherlands and were extremely impressed with stay, rooftop, deck for sunsets, proximity to water, and spacious suites. Definitely on my list to book again. Will past on my impressions to friends and...
