"It took me about 40 minutes to get my room key as there was an issue with the key safe, no one available on site and none of the phone numbers worked (I managed to contact the hotel through Expedia...). "Super comfy beds, friendly staff, and the food was good. Great place to stay if you're visiting Aviemore for hiking/outdoor activities, espessially since they have a hot tub, pool and sauna which were great after a long day. "

"Staff were very friendly and were clearly working very hard to provide the best possible service. They even took our bikes in for us for safe storage even though we had a late check in. They seem to go that extra mile. The reason for the 3 stars was because our room had dust/cobwebs in areas where it hasn't been touched, also the hot tap in the bathroom was scalding hot! "
