About 1230 in the afternoon we were able to do an early check-in into an upgraded and exquisite room that included air-conditioning. "Great property, near a shopping mall and public transportation. Just a 5 minute walk to buses and the tram. Staff were helpful. There was a nice restaurant and cafe. They did have air conditioning but it shut off (on a timer?) each night and we had to get up and turn it back on in the middle of the night each night."
