"AC did not work. Had to move to a different floor. Privacy curtain partially ripped off. In the new room three of four lockers lock assemblies were BROKEN. A very loud music at the ground floor bar. Staff was helpful trying to fix the AC and the privacy curtain problems."

"Property aesthetically meets expectations. However I asked for early check in ahead of time, confirmed it, and was not granted it when I arrived. Additionally, I booked the hotel for the AC. The AC broke. No one could fix it and nothing was available to supplement it."
