"The bathroom did not have any body wash, shampoo or conditioner. It only had hand wash at the sink. Unfortunately heater was not workable and room extremely cold. Kitchen was very well equiped for a family stay and a good size bin in the kichen. We had the park view room ..2 rooms a queen and two singles. But the cold affected all of us. "We stayed here as it was close to Mystery creek for Fieldays and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean and well maintained. It was excellent value for money overall. The motel was quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to relax after long days walking around Fieldays. "Arrival & Atmosphere We arrived around 3 PM and check-in was smooth - there was one staff member at the front desk who was expecting us. However, the resort felt unusually quiet, almost empty. During our stay, most facilities appeared closed, including dining and the spa. It’s unclear whether these are only available in peak season. "For the price,I was surprised at the room.offered: old,tired small. Grateful it was close to our bus stop as we were not driving. No glasses in room. Pub downstairs great food and service. Would not recommend this accommodation if stairs are a problem- long flight up."

"Friendly staff, nice room in general. Getting to the facility was difficult due to recent traffic changes. Despite instructions, I got lost almost every time returning to the room. Bed matress was very well worn, body indents present on each side, probably time for a refresh. Pillows were flat. Large roach in the shower and bug bites while in the room, hopefully just mosquitos."
