So I thought I had all the information I could need, but quickly realised I actually knew nothing.
Google does not tell you much about the resort apart from poor reviews on restaurants, but I could not find a mart, shops, anything really? There is no information about the resort available, I...

"I will say- I would recommend staying in the main hotel. However, I was first booked in a villa, and requested to change rooms. The villa was a beautiful 2 story condo-style, with a sitting area and kitchen. However, the main bedroom, which overlooks the water, did not have functioning AC. In the functioning AC room, the bathroom was overrun with drain flies. And unfortunately, staff decided to start garden maintenance outside the villa at 630am.
The hotel staff was very accommodating to...

"Air conditioner did not work on the entire floor.
Amenities are hidden and hard to find/access
Staff was not as helpful as other hotels we stayed at. We were unable to reach anyone using the hotel room phone for room service. We had to go down to the lobby for any assistance and to order room service."
