"This was a fantastic place to stay the staff was great very attentive. The location was great close to amenities and quiet. The one complaint I would have is the breakfast was okay and the menu very limited, but overall I will be staying many more times."

"I dealt with very obstructive and inhospitable behaviour from the host. Not something I have ever experienced in Kigali which is one of my favourite cities to visit. I was ushered to checkout of the hotel at 1:30am due to logistical issues the hotel has with Expedia. They said they had no relationship with Expedia and could not receive the monies I had already paid. They tried then to make me pay twice rather than discuss with Expedia, who have their hotel on their platform. It was an awful...

"1. Several items missing on arrival: towels, rubbish bin, soap, toilet paper, coat hangers. 2. Toilet did not flush properly and was not fixed during stay. 3. Flat was not cleaned and rubbish not taken away. 4. Unable to gain access on day of arrival as nobody on duty despite being notified of late arrival. 5. TV was only connected on last day. 6. Some lights not working and were not fixed."

Internet was down, I rebooted device (which was outdoors, but an indoor device) Internet was extremely unreliable even then. 4. no mention of breakfast We left the apartment and moved to a hotel, in spite of harsh cancellation terms."
