The pool and gym at the top do not have any sort of air conditioning—poor air circulation so it can feel like a sauna. The hotel said they are fully booked and did not accommodate me. They refused to return me the money and delegated me to their n’bours where I needed to pay again 150k. Hotels.com did not do anything about it.
