"Exceeded expectations "

"Hotel was in a great, central location close to food and shops. Staff were polite, hotel lobby had live music being played on the piano. Room was clean and spacious but all these positives notes were somewhat ruined by absence of hot water. Tried to run the shower for 15 mins and water was barely lukewarm. I only stayed 1 night, but for a 5 star they should not have this issue. "

"I only stayed one night but it was a great affordable hotel that was super clean, no signs of mold, and had a comfortable bed with soft sheets. The location was very convenient too being in the cafe apartments. Staff is also very nice and communicated through expedia & zalo very well. Some things to note is that elevator can be slow during the day time and even though there are black out curtains, light might still shine through from the busy streets in case anyone is sensitive to light.
