We are extremely dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled.
Upon arrival, we were informed that the apartment we had already booked and paid for was unavailable due to repairs. This issue was not communicated to us in advance. Instead of providing a proper solution, we were asked to wait and were later offered an alternative in the same building but required to pay an additional 900,000 VND, which is completely unacceptable.
After that, we were moved to a different apartment in another building for one night, with the promise that we could check in to our originally booked apartment the next day. We agreed only because we had no other choice at that time.
However, the next day, the situation continued to worsen. We were first told that we could move, but shortly after, we were informed again that the original apartment was still unavailable. Instead, we were asked to move to yet another location, which is significantly farther away from the original booking.
This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. We have been moved multiple times, experienced repeated check-in issues, wasted time waiting, spent extra money on transportation, and had to carry heavy luggage between locations. This has caused us significant inconvenience and stress.
We fulfilled our obligation by completing the booking and payment in full. However, the service we received was not delivered as promised.
Therefore, we firmly request a refund for the remaining night, as we no longer wish to
