Hotel standard, en bon état et propre.

Accueil assez difficile où l'on m'a réclamé de façon très agressive mon voucher que je n'avais pas. Il m'a finalement fallu me connecter via le WiFi sur mon laptop pour présenter ce voucher (alors que mon nom était présent sur la liste). On ne se sent pas forcément le bienvenu... Hotel moderne, standard. Grande chambre, en parfait état et propre. Le personnel n'est pas très attentif, plus occupé à surfer sur le net qu'autre chose (comme partout de façon générale au Vietnam). Petit-déjeuner exclusivement asiatique.

The staff was great, always pleasant and helpful. The lobby is not air conditioned, so it was hot and stuffy, there was a fan, which is ok. Neighborhood is good.

грубый персонал

Очень не понравилось отношение персонала. На стойке регистрации работают грубиянки. Плохо говорят на английском языке и считают, что турист не может быть прав, априори правы только вьетнамцы. Проблемы, возникшие при заселении и в ходе проживания удалось решить, потратив кучу нервных клеток и 4 часа времени на стойке регистрации. Советую не брать номер семейный - мал для 3-4 человек. Дабл - нормального размера.

The location is near the beach and a short stroll to highly rated restaurants in the area. The staff are nice, friendly and a nice small pool on the roof top. However, we were greeted in our room by lots of ants and the room does not have enough luggage space.

Отличный отель

С друзьями останавливались в разных отелях Нячанга. Однозначно Nam Hung лучший отель. Отличные номера, очень уютные, однако оригинальные. Всё чистое, обслуживание хорошее. Завтраки в отеле просто отличные. Ну и расположен отель классно - всего 5 минут ходьбы до пляжа, вечером же вокруг полно приятных заведений, хотя и не возле самого отеля, то есть в номерах не шумно.

客房打掃可再加強一下，會更好喔！

我們住宿兩天，第二天早上有掛牌要求打掃，但回來後還是感覺地板很多沙，並沒打掃乾淨，其他的部份還好，飯店位置很好

Good value.

It does was it says on the tin. Good mid range hotel. I chose it because it had a low score for 'romance' and I didn't want the girlfriend getting any ideas. Clean tidy room and great location, short stroll to all restaurants and beach. Only constructive criticism is the breakfast is terrible, even by viet standards, but they're are plenty of cheap local options. Communication with reception is a struggle, but my vietnamese isn't great. But if you want a good value room, stay here. We extended our stay.

One time only.

The hotel is brand new so the rooms are nice and clean. But the staff at breakfast were very lazy or preoccupied with watching TV instead of serving quests. It wasn't a bad stay but you can find better hotels at this price range.

Breakfast was awful. The room with all wall glass windows was perfect. Wi-fi works faster then in any other hotels. The synthetic duvet cover should be changed.
