Great condition. Very clean. Staff extremely helpful and always professional. Main downside is the amount of rude Russian tourists, and felt it took a lot away from the amazing Vietnamese people and their culture.

The staff were all very helpful, accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. We didn't get a chance to use the spa, pool or check out the additional restaurant options, so I can't leave an opinion on that. We had the best room option, which was nice and the view was amazing. Only grip would be the amount of smokers everywhere, but that is not the hotel's fault nor can they do anything about that. Other than maybe cracking down on people smoking on the balconies. We would leave the patio door open to get some fresh air and it seemed every time we did, we would get a waft of smoke and had to close the door right away. I wouldn't think being on the 23rd floor that would be coming from the street, so clearly some people were breaking the rules and smoking when they shouldn't have been or maybe they allow smoking on higher floors, not sure? Anyhow, the hotel worked for what we needed on our first trip and we appreciated the effort from the staff.

Prime location with reserved hotel beach access across street. Was able to get grilled lobster and dipping sauces on the beach for about $20 USD! It was amazing. Hotel was very clean but also very busy. Huge breakfast buffet will have something for everyone. Front desk was super efficient in spite of how busy it was. They really tried hard to be courteous AND efficient!

Staff was excellent. If you have a question about anything, they will give you their honest opinions of places in the area. When I called for room service it was prompt. You even get your own spot on the beach that is right across the street. Overall, the stay was phenomenal and would definetly come back here again!
