"The sink had no plumbing traps, so it smelled like a sewer if you hadn't used the sink for a while. The lock to the door was really hard to both lock and unlock. I stayed in two different rooms, one didn't have the possibility to lock the bathroom. No restaurant within walking distance and no possibility to make your own food except for a water boiler. We showed up to our pre-paid booking confirmed by Expedia and the hotel told us that our booking didn’t exist due to not having an agreement with Expedia. The hotel was fully booked which left us out a lot of money, which the hotel also mentioned was not consistent with their rate which was multiple times lower than the noted rate through Expedia. "WILL NOT HONOR YOUR RESERVATION. A member of my party arrived on the check in date with the confirmation from Hotels.com. The concierge informed them there was no record of the reservation and that the KESMO LODGE DOES NOT WORK WITH HOTELS.COM. Hotels.com worked with me to resolve the issue, but the Kesmo Lodge was completely absent and not part of the solution. "

"Good value good WiFi. Should turn on air con one hour before guest arrival though if this is known ahead of time. Super helpful staff. Pictures of pool should be downplayed in advert because it is small IRL. "
