We were there for our first trip with our baby. The staff were all very nice and accommodating.They also set up a pack and play in our room, waiting for us when we arrived. Everyone was very friendly and warm, the food was great, and the garden was beautiful.

Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
Our room wasn’t available and they shipped us to the Hilton. Our room was supposed to have an excellent view of the falls. Not. The view included other hotels and a sliver of the falls. Not what we wanted. Check in took 1.5 hours standing in lines. Not happy
