"Positives:
The staff was fantastic. Lobby was welcoming. Hotel was fresh. Location is great. Close to everything so you can walk
Negatives:
There was no in room safe.
You have to cast from your phone/apps to watch tv. There is no local cable on tv
The hotel markets themselves as an “extension stay” accommodation. There was no room for clothes. Four hangers. We asked for a few more but never got them. There is a console under the tv but that was good for nothing but maybe an is room safe...

"We loved this property! Short walk to Clifton Hill, very clean, breakfast deliverd every morning and plenty of room for us all to have privacy when we wanted it. It is dated and things like faucets are older but everything was well maintained and in good working order. Excellent value for th emoney. Would highly recommend!"

"The only thing i would want to mention about the ground floor town home suites are that its not that spacious, infact very little space to move around for four people , the washroom is same, no exhaust fan and the main thing is they are not at all soundproof.It was costant heavy noise with any kind of movement of the guests in upper suite even they are walking, talking anything.If there balcony door is open , it almost feels like some one is making noise just over your head.So not at all...
