This hotel could be a real gem if management invested in refurbishing. Wide hallways, large rooms, nice facility, but very dated. Decor, bedding, AC units, fixtures could all use updating. The area around the hotel is full of shopping, gas and dining options, and we walked all the way to Clifton Hill area and the Falls, which is certainly not difficult from this distance. There were some "characters" walking on the street outside, and from our room, we did see security at a nearby motel detaining some (what appeared to be) meth heads outside one of their rooms and searching them and their bags.

The room was good, a little outdated, but clean. Breakfast was okay; it had many options. The one thing I didn't like was the waffle machine, which was oversprayed with PAM spray. The girl who was attending the breakfast area was also cooking the waffles for people and had to use her fingers to pull off the waffle that was stuck; she didn't use gloves. She was also taking the garbage bag out of the bin and cleaning the counters with a dirty cloth, and now all these germs were on your waffle. For health reasons, this needs the hotel's attention.

I always enjoy my stay. The staff is friendly, polite, accommodating. I feel very much like family here. Breakfast is great! Room is always clean, smells nice. The staff work hard and they deserve a nice raise. Thanks Theresa.

The room was not well equipped. No slippers, toothpaste, cupboard or safe. The fridge was empty. The body wash was very less and was not refilled. The breakfast was very poor. No meats, fresh cheese, vegetables, hot beans or even eggs. The eggs are only served as, refrigerated boiled eggs. The breakfast was typical among 2 days. During our sleep timeat 1 a.m. a very loud fire alarm was released two times which was a terrible feeling and ruined our night. We called the reception to ask or clarify for this alarm just to know what shall we do, but they even didn't answer many repeated calls. The place is not very close to the falls and you need to take a walk.

The price was great for staying so close to The falls but the room was dusty and my skin iched after sleeping on the bed. The outside of the building was smelly and had garbage overflowing.

One of the dirtiest place I’ve been Staff has no idea what they promise to their guests…requested for a late check with extra charge a female telephone operator promised to it when I went to make the payment the manager was like she dosent know anything I can’t give you late checkout with a charge.. you have to extend your stay!!!!! room is full of insects in every corner couldn’t. Even keep the clothes in a places the little bugs were in the clothes and bags.. got the king room with balcony which the balcony was filthy as hell and mold & cigarettes butts are all over… this place is a disaster.. stayed for two night and room service never came. Would recommend no one to visit here ever again.

OMG .I cannot say anything terrible about this property. It is beautiful on the outside and inside, clean, smells nice,my room was awesome.The sheets smell like a crisp Autumn Day.The staff is so friendly, polite. Thanks again for a great experience.
