Her proactive approach and positive work environment, where staff are motivated to exceed client expectations. She made sure everyone at the counter was taking care of and happy. They provide a parking lot way outside of hotel area.That makes bother me to take my car eventhough there are suvice shuttle bus,sometimes it takes 30 minutes and they charged $50 per a day.That is totally not fair.

Booked 3 rooms for my family, we have 3 kids who was excited to go and have fun especially in the pool area to find out that to use the pool you have to book it in advance and when we tried to book a reservation for the pool it was booked and fully booked for the time we staying in and we end it not having any time at the pool. For me personally I don’t mind but my kids were so upset and had no fun at all during the trip. Rooms is about average, 1 of the rooms had a broken AC but maintenance fixed that. Other room was missing a remote for the TV but we didn’t care as we were already at the point that we just wanted to pass the night and go home. Digital check in process is another nightmare. Will never book at that hotel ever again and definitely wouldn’t recommend for any family.

The pool area was great but there was sooooo mich chlorine in the pool that we had to leave as my son couldnt breath and our eyes were burning. Both my friends daughter and son threw up that night from swallowing too much pool water. Please look into this as it was horrible.

When I checked in via the app at 4:30 p.m., it said that I had to go to the front desk to get the actual key! Even though we stated we could wait for a room to become available, the front desk refused to give me the room we had chosen!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The courtsey shuttle to the off site parking was nice. Parking fees high but you have options.

Overall enjoyed the stay, only issue was not enough EV chargers and the people charging did not remove their ev’s to let others charge their cars. Should have a limit of 5 hours charging per car and car must be moved to another parking so that others can charge their EV’S

Overall we had a great stay! The room was clean when we arrived and cleaned well during our stay. Our only issues were the slow moving elevators, which they did post signage about, and the pool. Prior to booking and arrival we were not aware that the children's pool is not available during the week. We used the infinity pool which was awesome and well maintained but not ideal for our 5 year old. Had we known that the children's pool was not an option we may have made other arrangements. We also had to reserve a time slot but it looked like that system was not used or enforced by others as during our times it got a little crowded.

This is will probably be the last time we stay at the Hilton. The room we had was terribly hot. The phone did not work. The elevators just took way too long. We also paid 80/night plus tax for parking. I still cant wrap my mind around how ridiculously expensive parking is. Overall a pretty bad experience.

The property, service, and amenities were not the premium experience we expected. Property: building could be nice but lots of spaces in the lobby and conference areas looked abandoned. Our room had a musty smell when we checkedin. Furniture in our room looked worn and tired. Bed was not comfortable. Water pressure was weak. Weird washroom layout where the toilet was squeezed into a corner. Service: valet costs an unreasonable $100/night and wasnt even available when we arrived. Staff impatiently rushed us towards off-site parking which was an equally unreasonable $50/a night for outdoor parking 2 blocks away. Check-in was like standing in line for airport security. After an ordeal checking in, check-out was equally unpleasant. Check-out is supposed to be at 11 but we were rushed by staff who knocked on our door twice at 9:45 and 10:20 to ask when we would check out. Amenities: basically non-existent. The room charges $5/bottle of water. No free internet unless you give them your email and agree to receive email offers. We paid $375~ pre-tax and pre-service fees and felt like we stayed at a holiday inn. We will definitely not be returning in the future.

An amazing experience. First time staying in a hotel with my young daughters with me and the staff was so patient and helpful. 5 star experience. We felt truly spoiled.

The elevator was broken and no one at the front desk answered the phone when i called multiple times. I want my money back

The location is good with lots of restaurants in the area to choose from. Connected to the casino and a short walk to the falls. We had an American/Canada falls room and could not see the Canada Falls., disappointing. Parking also was disappointing, cost us $180 to park our car there for the weekend, we never left. Room also was a bit outdated, we were in the South Tower. Overall, not terrible, but WAY OVERPRICED for what we received.

Took us half hour to go up and go down by elevate! There are six elevates in total, but only one is working well!

Great place to stay, the bed was sooo comfortable. The pillows are a little too soft for my liking but all over a great nights stay.
