Nıce , Quıet .6 minutes from the falls . Clean wıth shampoo ,haır dryer Lots of towels , comfy bed , beautiful kitchen stocked with Fruit , granola bars , eggs , bread milk you can cook if you wish . 5 rooms never heard another guest off street parking and garage for parking 5 Star will go back again thank you to the host

We had a very nice stay. Place is immaculate, the bathrooms looked very clean, the accessories they left for us were very generous and the host was always available. The bed was quite comfortable, too. Very highly recommend Little Italy BnB, and we would stay there again anytime.

Just a cute,cute place. Everything Was good. Only tiny suggestion is have coffee already made. We got up around 8:30am and just assumed coffee at least would be available. But excellent value! Free parking. We would come again, but maybe mention coffee, or maybe it had a timer? They do say breakfast is self serve. Thank you!

Cozy sofas. Watched World Cup in a big screen TV. Great bkfast with eggs, milk, bread, fruit, granola. Close to nice park for jogging 4 miles. Very nice housekeeper. Quiet after 10 pm. Great for resting.

Just spent the holiday weekend at this charming bed and breakfast. I loved the private parking and the access to a full kitchen. The room itself was perfect. It had a comfortable bed and it's own bathroom with two sinks! It's located just 5 minutes from Niagara State Park. We were able to keep food in the refrigerator and cook something up when hungry. The owner is on premises and able to answer any questions you may have. Overall I loved staying here and would highly recommend staying here when visiting the Niagara Falls area.

This was a very quaint place. Clean, peaceful, temperature was comfortable, bed was wonderfully comfortable, and had all of the amenities we needed for a one night stay. I would book this BnB again!

A great property with a very welcoming host! We arrived very late (1am!), but the host greeted us and provided an overview of the room. On the first morning he also provided an overview of the kitchen. The property is very clean and well maintained. 10/10 - definitely recommend to stay!

This is am amazing place, feels like you are stsying with a friend. The man that did welcome us was so nice and friendly. And we meet some new friends also, we are so glad we did chose this place.

This is a cozy, clean place nestled in a decent neighborhood - though a few blocks away it gets rough. While not a traditional BnB (breakfast is self-serve), the caretaker was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that the bathroom fan was out-of-order

Quiet and close to the Falls

Lovely home set up as a bed and breakfast. Quiet, clean and comfy. Just minutes from Niagara Falls but away from the crowds. The kitchen was stocked with food for us to make our own breakfast. I was expecting breakfast served to us as that's the idea of a bed and breakfast. It worked out fine and the four of us all helped ourselves to what we wanted, when we wanted it. I recommend.

The facility was decent. The breakfast is self serve but we knew that in advance. The caretaker was overly involved in watching our every move. From helping self to breakfast, to getting ice, to carrying out luggage to the car. He was intrusive to the point of being creepy. He needs to be better instructed on giving space to the tenants.

The downtown area of Little Italy was shuttered and felt unsafe. The B&B should be called something different. The home was quaint and the Caretaker was lovely. The room was quite small and did not meet our expectation. The “Breakfast” options were a loaf of bread, peanut butter and jelly, packets of cereal and a quart of milk and a carton of eggs that we could prepare on our own. A French Press was provided so we could make our own coffee.

This facility was billed as a "Bed & Breakfast". Well, there was a bed, but no breakfast. Like, get your own breakfast. Oh, and make certain you clean up after yourself. Don't like the noise from the adjacent rooms? Too bad! Absolutely no noise mitigation whatsoever! You get to hear the person relieving themselves in the upstairs bathroom and/or walking across the floor noisy. Some may think this as "quaint"...we did not. Guaranteed to wake you up at 2 AM. The room was ok, the bed was comfortable and the sheets/linen/towels/bathroom were clean. Having said that, we booked 2 nights but decided to not stay the second night and went to a hotel in-town (Courtyard Marriott, $300 per night, if that gives you any idea how we felt). Yup, we ate the $200 just to not stay at this place a second night. I think that says everything that needs to be said. Should be re-named "Bed & Breakfast On Your Own". Overall, it sucked. Sorry, it is what it is. Save the money and get a hotel room, you'll thank me later, in the long run you'll save money and be happier with the experience of staying elsewhere. Caveat emptor.
