Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites di Air Terjun Niagara - New York Barat

"We were on our way home to Maine from Ohio. My daughter's husband had never been to Niagara Falls so we detoured here. We reserved two rooms. The clerk put us in side-by-side rooms. Rooms were clean and well maintained. I appreciated the fluffy towels. Only complaint was the poor water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was better than expected. There was a bus load of Chinese tourists who were not respectful of personal space and did not clear there tables."

"Cleaning staff is quite noisy. Breakfast should be served at a more reasonable time, perhaps between 7 and 10 a.m., instead of the current 6 to 9 a.m. The folding bed is outdated and uncomfortable, and the springs are felt. Instead of providing numerous shampoo and conditioner bottles, consider offering lotion bottles as well. Additionally, the air conditioner does not blow cold air."

"Small hotel with a good breakfast. The location is convenient, about 10 minutes away from Niagara Falls and close to several restaurants. The hotel being pet-friendly is definitely a plus for many travelers. The only issue we had was related to pet allergies. My son is allergic to pets, and he slept on the sofa bed in our room. We suspect previous guests may have had pets on it, and it may not have been cleaned or disinfected thoroughly. The blankets also may not have been cleaned properly. By...

"Staff was kind and hard working. Staff we met were usually doing at least two jobs ie front desk and working breakfast room or front desk and laundry. Staff was very helpful."
