"We arrived at 5:30 pm. When we went to check in, we were informed that our room was not ready yet. We were informed that the only option was to downgrade the room. Parking charges apparently vary, as people checking in next to us were charged less for the same lot. The room next to ours was apparently having a party. When we called at midnight to inform the staff no action was taken. The staff generally seemed indifferent. There are plenty of options on where to stay in Niagara Falls. Make a better choice than I did. "

"We looked at several properties in the surrounding area and this hotel by far has the best views of the falls and is the closest to the horseshoe falls area specific attractions. Definitely spend the extra money for a “Superior” room to stay in one of the upper levels. The view is *chef’s kiss*!! We easily enjoyed the falls light show every night and had we been there during peak times we would have had front row views for the fireworks as well. The falls incline to the table rock center is just a 5 minute walk away. If staying before April 30th the Wonder Park Pass is a steal to get and saves you 50% off the included attractions. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable; my husband loved the rainfall shower head. The front desk staff were amazing, shout out to Sarah who helped us at check in and our second day with local restaurant and sightseeing recommendations to help avoid tourist traps and get the most of our stay; when checking out Georgette was all smiles and made sure my husband got his Marriott points for our stay. The only negative was our last two days of our stay there was a dance competition at the hotel and parking went from easy to non existent, getting up & down the elevators became a chore to fit everyone and waited several times for space to even enter one, and the pool was overrun. There should be a booking warning to unsuspecting travelers when they have large events booked like that. We would have come earlier and left earlier had we known."

"We got a good deal for a Friday night stay. The view of from the room is good. The bedding is comfortable. Unfortunately, the other facilities are a bit out of the date. We would not come back if there is no special deals."
