"The hotel was nice overall. I did have a few issues, some related to them, some out of their control. The mattress left a little bit to be desired for me personally but, I sleep on a fairly expensive mattress at home so, I'm spoiled in that regard. My wife thought it was great!! Our room was nice, looked well maintained and clean. My only issue was we were placed directly across from the elevator and that made mornings extremely loud, since groups of people and children would congregate outside our door and wake us up, due to the long times waiting for the next available one. Next time, I would request a room away from an elevator. Lastly, for some unknown reason, guys LOVED to drive the most ridiculously loud motorcycles up and down Victoria Avenue late at night and early in the morning, waking us up multiple times. They would deliberately rev up their engines right in front of the hotel. It almost sounded like our windows were open, even though they were not. Not very soundproof. We could not believe police did not monitor that and crack down on it. It sounded like Formula 1 cars screaming up and down the street. It happened every morning and every night of our stay. Otherwise, no other issues."
