"When I first entered my room, it appeared musty and dingy - typical of a cheap motel. But then I entered the bathroom. There was some sort of animal feces in the sink, and the tub/shower was beyond dirty - with animals prints in the tub. I quickly left and went back to the check in counter, and explained the situation to the young woman, who seemed perplexed but not shocked. She gave me keys to a different room. Luckily there were no feces, but everything was pretty dirty and there was no toilet...

"We were checking in late past the time of staff being there they had us all set up and ready to go with just a phone call to get all of our information. The staff on the phone was very helpful.The room was cute and cosy very clean. We had coffee and breakfast at the Kent lounge both mornings it was delicious. I highly recommend and would love to stay there again."

"The property is very dated. Our front door was shared by two separate rooms. The room was clean but the furniture in the room was very old and the A/C very loud. There was no remote for the TV and it wasn't working. In the bathroom, there wasn't enough towels, no cups and no mat for the floor. It looked like the bathroom was recently updated.."
