The conditions of this stay were entirely unacceptable:
• Inoperable Basic Amenities in Extreme Weather: Our room had no hot water despite the outside temperature being 21°F. Expecting a guest to bathe in freezing water during winter conditions is a gross violation of hospitality standards.
• Constant Intrusion & Lack of Privacy: After subjecting us to maintenance crews in our private space from 7:30 PM until 12:00 AM, we were again harassed by a 7:00 AM wake-up knock the following morning for further "repairs." This is not a "vacation"—it is a construction zone.
• Inadequate Compensation & Failed Service Timing: We were offered a meager $75 credit followed by $25 the next day. These tokens are insulting given we could not bathe. Furthermore, a room change was finally offered only on our final night before departure—a "too little, too late" gesture that provided zero actual relief.
• Unprofessional Staff: To conclude the experience, the staff and breakfast service were handled with poor attitudes and a complete lack of customer service.
The explanation that the floor was "newly remodeled" is no excuse for a guest to be used as a "test subject" for non-functional plumbing in freezing weather. Because the hotel failed to provide a functional room. "
