The hotel post notice signs regarding security issues with the lot. I think if you’re charging for parking, you should be accountable for security. "

"We were pressured to upgrade our room upon check-in. The room was spacious and we had a great view of both falls, but the hotel was in disarray. Most elevators were not working and there are over 40 floors, so it caused a lot of delays. Breakfast on our 3rd day changed to a new location (IHOP) and led to a 1-2 hour delay for food. We also didn’t know the hotel was changing from Embassy Suites to Hyatt until our last day. It might improve once renovations are done, but it would have even nice to have a heads up about the disruptions in advance. "
