"We had booked one night for my son’s birthday. For being a newer hotel you would have thought the property would still be in good shape. Our hotel room had marks all over the wall and furniture. Floors still had crumbs on them.
When checking in we had to wait in a long line. We did arrive early and our room wasn’t ready (totally understandable). They gave us wristbands and told us to return when we received a text that our room was ready to update our wristbands to let us in our room. So we waited in line, again but then was told by another guest service member that was not true and our wristbands would work-she was very rude. We went to our room (8th floor) and our wristbands did not work. So once again we all had to go back downstairs, wait in line to get the new wristbands.
Also it seems as though some of the elevators did not work, always had to wait a while for them.
Unfortunately, we will not be back. For the price you pay, I’d expect it to be cleaner and more accessible."
