We stayed here for 5 days and found it good value for a short break in Nice. It is close to a street of shops and restaurants that then leads on to the Old Town. The staff of this hotel are all helpful, friendly and they speak excellent English. Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed and an efficient shower. Located a short walk from the beach and restaurants, on a busy main road so there is traffic noise but it is in heart of the City so not unexpected. Room was spacious, clean with fresh towels and bedding each day. Aircon was efficient. We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Otero in March 2016. The retro boutique style of the whole place is fantastic with amazing attention to detail. This is an excellent hotel in a prime location only ten minutes walk from the beach and Promenade des Anglais, and ten minutes walk the other way from the train station. The rooms are large and well equipped. The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We had room service one evening and the food was excellent and delivered very promptly. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will be visiting again next year
