"Check-in was confusing, as there was no one at reception on arrival. When I called the provided number, I was instructed to open a locked room that was already occupied by another guest, which was quite concerning. There were also no clear instructions provided for the check-out process. Since my stay, I have been receiving emails stating that payment has not been made. This is incorrect, as I paid in full at the time of booking and have receipts to confirm this."

"Comfortable studio. Clean sheets and towels. Well equipped kitchen. Hosts not helpful with check in process for late arrival. Studio had an unusual, not pleasant smell when I arrived. Otherwise safe and friendly environment and right on Snug Beach."

"Twin bedded room was spacious enough for 2. Very basic toiletries. No toothbrush, cotton, slippers etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. Conveniently located. Nice cafes nearby."

"The ocean was visible from the property but host said he'd sent a pin to our account which we didn't receive. Property surrounds eg garden were not well maintained."

"Staff were lovely and the room was spacious with a nice view of the water. The parking was very useful as we had a car with us. The location was also great for going to Salamanca Markets."

"I tend to judge a hotel by its bed, shower pressure and pillows. This hotel ticks the box on all 3 which should be common across all hotels but sadly isn't. The view from the front rooms is incredible and anyone staying with you should pay the little bit extra to get a view of the harbour. The shower pressure is fantastic and the towels thick and fluffy. Another expectation that is often not met at other hotels. The staff are friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Even the young trainee (at the...
