"I booked this hotel for the Boston Marathon with breakfast included, what a surprise that it was not an open buffet (they had a menu and it took 45 minutes to have my breakfast) the morning of the marathon I had to go down for breakfast and only order toast and even so it took time .. there were only two people in the kitchen one takes order and the other cooks (it's Marathon weekend please know that there will be a lot of people you have to get ready."

"Everyone at this hotel has always been very kind and provided great service. I have stayed at the Seaport hotel for the past four years when I come for the Boston Marathon. Each year, I receive a $35 VIP credit to spend on food or beverages, and I have always used it at Starbucks without any issues. This year, however, I was told that due to company policy, the credit cannot be used at Starbucks, so I was not given the $35 credit. I understand it is not a large amount, but since this benefit...

"The staff were lovely. Beds were just okay (comfort). We had trouble with the tv multiple times and needed support to reset the tv which was tricky at times (they said bandwidth issues). Wonderful breakfast."

"Great breakfast and cool vibe. Our room's heating system was loud and blew air uncomfortably, and there was a a leak in the shower stall as well as evidence of a leak in the ceiling. Needs a little maintenance. But the bed was comfy and the kitchenette useful. Staff pleasant and friendly."
