"I come to Boston regularly to see my doctor and I always stay in Harborside Inn of Boston. Staff there is absolutely exceptional. They are so accommodating whether it comes to arranging a taxi or even early check in. They are very kind and attentive. I also enjoy an Italian restaurant in this hotel. Good service and food. "

"They said the room had an upgrade but there were some things like cracked tile on the bathroom floor or the door was falling apart at the bottom. The ceiling had some major cracks. Overall it was clean and spacious. Didn't like being near a exit door because you could hear it open and close. The breakfast was o.k. The oatmeal was too watered down, the eggs were not fresh but powdered. They had coffee available all day which was lovely. Would stay again."

"The breakfast on offer was extremely poor Processed sausage and hash browns A strange chess pancake? or omelet? Unhelfpul on the buffet Staff at breakfast barely able to speak English and terrible bread on offer, nothing healthy including the high carb sugary cereals The room was clean and well kept as was the bathroom and the TV was fine Air conditioning worked well but the fan even on the mild setting was noisy and too harsh"

"Room was clean but no frills. Front desk staff where accommodating. I was originally put next to a room with pet and asked for a different room. Which was changed immediately. Parking was sufficient given the hotel is on a hill. Breakfast was limited but the coffee was decent. My only complaint is a staff the morning I was checking out. The person loudly was talking on the personal phone call about a person threatening to harm them and that they were going to reciprocate. There was a lot of cussing and no apology when staff saw me walking by. This was in a closet with the door open by the main lobby. Otherwise the stay was sufficient for my adult son and my needs. I would book again if I was in the area. "
