"Housekeeping was poor. I asked for room to be cleaned and the only thing they did was replace the towels was not vacuumed or bathroom cleaned. Also, every evening when we returned back to our room, there were bags of laundry on the floor in the hallway and dirty towels needs to work on housekeeping."

"Excellent as always."

"Excellent experience"

"Perfect, central location. Will definitely return, thank you!"

"The Dagney is a great upper-scale place to stay. The location is close to everything without being crowded or loud. There we’re some renovations happening during our stay but that was communicated and scheduled which was nice. The staff are incredible! We stayed in a suite and it was great having the extra space to relax and spread out in the evenings. The main bedroom was quite dark…lovely when sleeping, a bit challenging packing and getting dressed. It would have been nice to have a better...

"スタッフの方が親切だった"

"Not an amazing experience. My son studies in Cambridge so we travel quite often to Boston and usually stay at the Four Seasons in Dalton. This time we wanted to try something different and we decided for the Raffles Boston. The stay was not as expected due to the following: 1- AC not working properly second night, room became too hot to sleep comfortable. Good thing it was fix the next day (after we reported it to the front desk) but we didn't sleep well for one night out of the three we...

"We loved the location and the host was amazing. We only wish the sidewalk construction wasn’t going on because it obstructed part of the beautiful view."

"Great hotel and experience. Wish the pool was warmer."

"This was our first time staying here, and we had a great experience! The room was immaculate, so we want to give a special shoutout to the housekeeping staff! We also enjoyed the pool and the free breakfast. Thanks to all the employees who made our stay so enjoyable!"

"Absolutely loved our stay. Good places to eat around and shop. Will def stay here again."

"It was our first vacation in Boston, and it was incredible. This was one of the best hotels in the United States I've ever stayed at. We had a wonderful time there. The staff was incredibly friendly. Our suite was really spacious and offered a breathtaking view. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. I highly recommend staying here and would come back anytime."
