"You definitely get what you pay for with this place. The location is the obvious selling point with its proximity to back bay, downtown, the commons, and even beacon hill as it’s a quick walk to all. However, the whole place felt extremely dirty and run down which left me never really feeling clean my whole 4 day stay. The sheets felt dirty from the get go and the bathroom is in much need of a deep clean and makeover. I do appreciate the kitchen available for use and the appliances in the room...

"Rooms were not what was expected. Wall paper was peeling, door knob on bathroom broken, couldnt connect to wifi. Floors super uneven, warped ceiling from water leakage. Air conditioner was a separate unit and my coworkers smelled like fire and tripped the breaker and he lost power. For the money was not quite what I was expecting."

"We went three days without toilet paper or body wash, after asking staff for basic needs we had to go out of our way to purchase the items ourselves"

"Sheets had stains on them and found bedbugs on BOTH beds as soon as I arrived. There was also not any toilet paper and the room was incredibly small considering how much they charge for it. The two beds barely fit and all there is left is a space in between the beds for you to place your stuff. There isn't even a trashcan inside the room, so you would need to either go down the stairs and go outside and throw your trash away or use the small trashcan in the bathroom."

"Apartment was clean and short walk from train. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not too far from downtown Boston. Check in/check out process was very easy and convenient. If I ever find myself back in Boston, I’ll definitely see if this one is available. "
