"It IS a Holiday Inn so rooms are small, quality of shampoo and toiletries is lacking, and it is located a 30 minute walk from Inner Stadt, BUT, hotel is incredibly clean, staff are super friendly (by Austrian standards, definitely), and there are many nice restaurants nearby."

"Do not expect more than the basics here. And do not be fooled into a balcony room with view - unless you want to pay extra to stare at a concrete building across the street. There is no view in room 730 at least. At checkout no one asked how our stay was even. That’s a first while travelling through Europe. Also be cautious paying by cash in the main floor restaurant. At both meals I was short changed and had to debate with the server about his math."

"Tout était parfait hôtel très propre, et décor exotique. chambre parfaite également avec beaucoup d’espace
À moins de 5 min à pieds de deux lignes de Tram (18 et 71) et à moins de 10 minutes toujours à pied d’une station de métro (U3)
S’il y avait une point à améliorer ce serait de varier un peu le menu du déjeuner buffet qui est en soit très bon et avec beaucoup de choix
Je recommande cet hôtel"

"We really enjoyed this hotel. I thought we were getting two twin beds as I’m traveling with my mom but it was a king bed with separate comforters. The breakfast was pricey but 10/10! Very delicious. Hotel staff were very nice!! We were about a 16-20 minute walk from what we wanted to do but it was fine."

"Tram is practically in front of the hotel; it is walking distance to the Belvedere castle and the Botanical Garden also the opera house; going to the airport is as easy as crossing the street as the train station (Rennweg bahnhof) is just around the corner. My room was very cosy facing the side of the botanical garden. Nice cookies and water treats for the guests in the front desk. Very highly recommended."
