"Check in staff was nice and friendly. Got me extra glass and bowl to the room. During check in they called me at 11:30 while checkout on Expedia was listed as 12. The location is perfect. Close to train station. Most sightseeing in walking distance. However a lot of noise from neighboring rooms especially when they close door or move chairs around in the tile."

The room was okay, the bathroom wasn't the cleanest and there were signs requesting that you not shower with too hot of water "since it could set off the smoke alarm". There were no hand towels provided and no room cleaning, the sign in the room stated this was to reduce water usage which makes sense for new towels/ linens but not for a basic room clean/bed make-up. "Staying here was a positive experience.: It is located less than 100 metres from the Maison Carrée in a beautiful well-maintained pedestrianised square with a couple of lively restaurants There are more tha enough staff who are friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again.
