"The front desk staff is excellent. They were very attentive to my concerns. The property needs to upgrade the bathrooms, clean the carpets, and maintain a better laundry schedule. There were no towels and wash cloths the second night in the whole facility until after 9am the morning of check out."

"Clean. Friendly staff. Ample amenities. Open and secured parking. Pool. Coffee. Breakfast. Tho was a good deal rather than staying in French Quarters paying more plus valet parking $$. This one didn’t have coffee in the room. It iron was there. Overall very convenient.wry cozy."

"We arrived and were first given a room with a dirty bathroom and tub. We requested another room and were moved, but the second room was not much better. The tub in the new room would not drain, and we were told there was nothing they could do about it during our stay. Things got worse when the toilet clogged and the room phone did not work, so we had to use our cell phone to contact the front desk. Around 6 PM, we were told there was no maintenance staff available to plunge the toilet. The...

"Best time ever! The nicest people who couldn't do enough for you. Loved all the history and conversations throughout every day of our stay. This is the only place I would ever stay at when I return to New Orleans. And the food, well I definitely put on weight. :) Best trip ever! Penelope Azoulay"
