"Really nice hotel. Right on Biurbon street. We did not know it but there was a big festival when we arrived so it was a bit loud but heck that’s why one goes to the French quarter . Super friendly staff. Room was great. Pool is beautiful and significantly better than most pools at hotels. Gym was also very good. Coffee gets served a little late but I think that’s inherent to the French Quarter where people stay up late often! Staff recommended great jazz club. Overall wonderful experience"

"The front desk clerk Reva (might have misspelled) was excellent. Very thorough and talked us into upgrading to the Iberville Tower. Rooms were clean and the turndown service was excellent. The gentleman working in the bag check area was wonderful and also Steven that works in valet"

"We have stayed here quite a few times for its cleanliness, value and location. Some front desk workers are friendlier than others but no one is rude. The pool was a bit cloudy looking this time around so we opted not to go in. We will continue to stay here in the future."

"Friendly staff and an amazing location right in the heart of the French Quarter. The quaint pool area is outdoors yet enclosed, with plenty of seating. Rooms are well-equipped with all the essentials and offer very hot water. Super convenient to Dillard University, which was perfect for moving my daughter into college."
