The onsen was immaculate, there was a 24hr gym that was good enough to get a decent workout in the bag. The beds were clean and comfy with great laundry facilities. The area is quite and there are good coffee shops

The hotel was nice, machine for check in, good quality infrastructure. Location was good and near a metro station and walking distance from Tokyo station. The capsules were not so small and showers were very good. Only suggestion from me would be to include room fresheners

The hotel was really clean and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Toilet and shower facilities were shared and in excellent condition (the hotel provides body wash/shampoo/conditioner), fresh towels/toothbrush/sleepwear/slippers provided daily. The sleep pods were fun! You have your own charger and light switch, and the rooms the pods were in were quiet and clean. Amazing staff

My first pod/capsule experience! Super comfy, surprisingly spacious. You get a locker on the first floor and have to keep your luggage down there, but they provide a bag with pyjamas, slippers, towels and toiletries. So just put the things you need into that! You can come and go as you please. Would stay again!

This is definitely a great experience and I would 100% come back. The capsules/pods were very spacious and everyone respected each others privacy. The toilets on each floor was perfect but I’d say, don’t stay if you have a lot of luggage as the lockers cannot fit large suitcases, so they have to store it at reception. You have to vacate the premises between 10am-2pm so they can clean. They provide you with pyjamas and a towel in a bag and you form a routine very quickly. I really enjoyed it!

Staff were polite, friendly and professional despite my lack of Japanese language. The hotel was very clean, facilities great, great price. Perfect for solo travellers looking for a great base to explore Tokyo, with advantages of an onsite spa

Great place to stay!

This was exactly what we wanted, super central, convenient, had all the amenities we needed and was well priced. A capsule hotel obviously isn’t luxurious but it was ideal for a quick one night stay before going to the airport.

First time in Tokyo and first time in a pod hotel. What can I say, clean, well located and between two stations meaning you can get anywhere quickly in the city. Lawson and 7-11 close by for your egg sandwiches!

By far the coolest capsule hotel I’ve been in & it was cheap & more spacious than that of standard capsules whilst also being sick. Location not the best as is 1 hour by train from centre

Clean, easy to check in digitally. All made sense.

The staff where very helpful, they helped me check out early in the morning when I was having problems with my suitcase. Very clean and the free breakfast curry was delicious. The onsen and massage chairs were also incredibly relaxing. I would recommend again for a short stay
