Very classy hotel with excellent service. Stayed for one night and had 6-course western dinner which was very good. The outdoor spa gets full view of Mt Fuji.
Fully deserved of 5-star review.

A spacious hotel with a great location right next to Lake Kawaguchiko, near the shops and the Fuji Mountain ropeway. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food at the buffet was a high standard and plenty of choice

Very lovely place. Our room had a view of Mt Fuji (when it wasn't cloudy). It was 100% a traditional Japanese Inn, which we liked. They prepared breakfast and dinner, every day. There was a lot of traditional local Japanese food (which I mostly liked despite my western pallet). The staff were incredibly kind! Overall, an amazing experience!

Wish I could leave more than 5 stars!
We had an amazing time and were really sad to leave. The staff were all so kind and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious and we loved the hot tub in our room.
A truly incredible stay for families - we really hope to come back one day!

Clean, modern hotel near a shopping centre (good for a couple of dinner options as there is not too much nearby). Walking distance to the station, around 20 mins.
Thankfully free breakfast as there wasn't much open locally early, also added bonus of a view of Mount Fuji while eating it.
Free evening drinks which again was a great added extra
