"Oceanfront suites were roomy and the kitchenette was Convenient. Staff was friendly and very helpful. This is one of my favorite hotels in the Myrtle Beach area."

"Pros: maintained well, up to date, a lot nicer than vast majority of other oceanfront hotels in Myrtle Beach, awesome room layout (separate bedroom with door), fully furnished kitchen with trial sizes of dishwashing and laundry detergent, partial ocean view is still very nice especially when higher up, loved that the shower has a separate sprayer with a hose, Crabtree & Evelyn shower products. Cons: no one wanted to help get a cart for us to use to bring up our luggage (we had to use our beach cart and make multiple trips), went to the Starbucks within the hotel and no actual Starbucks workers was working just hotel staff and they made our drink completely wrong, the parking garage is 2 blocks away if you don’t pay for valet parking."

"This hotel can’t be beat for a location, amenities, & cleanliness… But the check-in staff couldn’t be any ruder or incompetent… I’ve stayed here many times… And it seems like the front desk keeps getting worse… I know hiring people is tough these days, but attitude is everything… And her attitude couldn’t be any worse…"
