"My sisters sheets were soiled upon arrival and the towels were not fresh. For my room I had electrical issues and was shocked by the outlet by the sink. I was majorly upset and asked for help for three days. Three different employees were not helpful and had offered me AAAA drink or breakfast to compensate. They each informed me over the course of three days someone would fix it but no one did. On the last night I was there they finally moved my room. I asked to speak with the manager who was...

"The staff was amazing. The employees have exemplary customer service. This hotel is well maintained and extremely clean. The only drawback is that, because it is a historical landmark, it does not have an elevator. Other than that, I would still recommend this hotel. It is a five-minute walk from the Grand Stop Metro Station. It is centrally located in the heart of Chinatown."

"Check in was quick and the receptionist was so nice and professional. The room was clean. The entrance was very aesthetically pleasing. Many picturesque opportunity areas. There was a cute little cafe at the entrance as well. And the room booking included a credit to the cafe. The only thing was the elevator was a little confusing. You have to use your door card to use it."
