"Hi! This hotel was the best hotel I ever stayed at. The Staff was SO SWEET - provided my fiancé and I a bottle of champagne for our engagement/birthday. The room service was perfect. The view was stunning and the hotel was perfectly located in town. They helped set up a boat tour for us as well as a restaurant up on a top of a hill in Bellagio. Could not have asked for a better experience. I would definitely come back here again."

"For a 5 star hotel we found a few things lacking. Shower head in the bathroom was cheap and didn’t work properly. Bathroom fan didn’t work properly and room not cleaned when we can back in the afternoon. Breakfast good but no fresh fruit juice. Staff helpful and location is beautiful. Hotel restaurant very good"

"I don’t normally leave such detailed reviews, but in this case, it’s definitely warranted.
Where do I even begin? The Mandarin Oriental, Lake Como was absolutely incredible and, without question, one of the highlights of our entire trip to Italy!
We were travelling through Italy and booked only two nights at the Mandarin, but if we were planning the trip again, we would definitely stay at least one night longer.
The hotel lived up to its name, which is synonymous with exceptional service,...
