"Excellent hotel to stay in. Surrounded by so many things Chicago has to offer. Right across from the river. We were greeted nicely, was able to upgrade to a nicer room at a fair price. Check in was smooth. Room was very nice, well maintained hotel lobby, rooms hallways etc. had breakfast in the Land and Sea restaurant downstairs due to a rainy morning. Would definitely recommend staying at the London House for a stay in Chicago."

"It was a very good place to stay with a family. My daughter enjoyed the little indoor pool. It is close to Navy Pier, restaurants, bowling, movie theater, River Walk and shopping. It is a 15 minute or so walk to the recliner. Also love that there ate 2 beds amd a sofa bed...not an option many of the nesrby hotels offered. All and all a very pleasant stay."

"When we checked in, it was not properly cleaned. There was a toothbrush and some other toiletries that were there from the previous person that had not been cleaned up.
There was no sheet on the bed, just a down comforter.
