"Me and my family absolutely love this property from the moment we stepped on the staff was very kind and friendly. They offer 24 hour beverages which I think is really nice especially in the hot Florida sun access to the beach is quick and easy. There’s also a heated pool lots of fun activities and things around games that are family, friendly and kid friendly saunas lots of snacking options and also free breakfast. My family and I have found the perfect spot. We will be going anytime we go to...

"The view from our room was the absolute best part of our stay at the Edgewater Inn. The Inn is quaint and could definitely use some updating (chipped deck, cracks in the ceiling, etc), but overall is a pleasant stay. The room we stayed in could have used a good mopping and a wipe down in some areas, but the bed was comfortable and the ac worked perfectly. The views are amazing (day and night) and it’s in such a close proximity to all that Saint Augustine has to offer."

"Always my favorite place, going back to 94. I do miss the Continental breakfast though. It was supposed to return after the COVID lockdown but never did. Oh, not a fan of the owner mad-mugging us constantly as we came and went. But I get it, he's trying to get some extra cash from all the beachgoers parking near the entrance."

"This Hyatt has been my go to since my daughter committed to a nearby college. I had planned to use it during my stays when visiting, but on my most current stay, a housekeeper was going door to door at 8am knocking until doors were answered to tell us when checkout was. Both myself and the room across from me were very confused as to why this was happening. The housekeeper seemed to not care at all that she was waking people up. Disappointed as I have always loved my stay here."
