The property description said there were shuttles to a variety of places including beaches, shopping malls, etc., but when we got there and inquired about them, we were told that there were no shuttles. We did not rent a car, and we chose this property, in part, because of the shuttles that were advertised. "This was by far one of the best experiences I've had when renting a place for vacation. Marlon, the lady who helped us settle in, communicated well, was helpful, and even gave us great recommendations. We will definitely be staying here if (and when) we come back. Plus they have an adorable cat."

"A couple of friends and I used the rental for less than a day to shower and leave our things somewhere safe while we walked around the downtown area. The host were extremely accommodating even with us only using the unit for a few hours. They helped us get a taxi after 10pm on the 4th of July while traffic was still very busy from the fireworks show. The property had the most adorable feline security guard."

"I never received the service, the owner answered me 3 hours late, I never did "check in" for a terrible little room that he offered me that's not what I paid for. When he gave me the wrong room he sent me to another that smell that gas obviously we didn't stay in any room. (Husband, child and I) we run away looking for another safe place to stay.
