"even though its 'all inclusive', no one tells you a lot of the menu isn't included (even mediocre wine) until you get the bill. This happened over and over until you check out and get a shock. This hotel should not be all inclusive."

extremely kind people. Everything is very clean and all furniture/appliances are new. Another plus is that the beds are very comfy. The food was amazing and drinks are even better. They pay very close attention to detail and want to make sure you have a stress-free vacation. Beautiful beach with no seaweed, and great beachside food/drink service. Truly lives up to the islands motto of “One Happy Island”. Overall...

"*Make sure you have a SIM card for WiFi and GPS. And use the business address (STR Agriculture) next door to the complex to direct you to the apartment. The GPS can take you off path if you use the address given. Do not look for the L on 18L; only 18 will be posted on the front of the building.
We were very satisfied with the one bedroom we rented. The small complex is fairly new so everything was fresh on the inside and very clean. The A/C and hot water worked well. No complaints of anything...
