"We checked in and checked out on the same day in a matter of hours. We ended up at Kempinski Hotel which was better than this place. This is a motel 6 at best. We booked the superior room but the room we were given had stains and was dirty. I called the front desk and showed them the pictures of the room we had booked. According to the front desk, the room we had booked was the luxury room so they agreed to upgrade us to the luxury room. They then put us in a room that looked nothing like the...

"Everything was okay when i finally checked in except the awful smell in the elevator and the reception area. I had to wait approximately 30 minutes for the agent to check me in even though i called hours and minutes prior to my arrival. No restroom in the lobby while you wait. Wifi was a unstable; I wouldn't rely on it if for any important."
